STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. General

These Standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all consultations, treatments, therapies, Panchakarma sessions, and other wellness services (“Services”) provided by Sarvamangal Arogyadham, Bhuj (“Provider”), to any patient or client (“Recipient”). By availing the Services, the Recipient agrees to these Terms. Any deviations or special arrangements must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Scope of Services

Sarvamangal Arogyadham provides Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, Panchakarma treatments, wellness programs, and related healthcare services as per the guidelines laid out by the Ayurvedic medical system and regulatory authorities. Services will be delivered based on the diagnosis and plan mutually discussed and agreed upon with the Recipient.

3. Consultation and Treatment Plan

All treatment plans are determined by qualified Ayurvedic practitioners based on traditional Ayurvedic principles. These may include internal and external therapies, dietary recommendations, lifestyle guidance, herbal formulations, and physical procedures like Panchakarma. The treatment is tailored and may change depending on the patient’s progress.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of consultation or commencement of treatment.

  • Advance payment may be required for therapy packages or inpatient treatments.

  • Invoices (if applicable) must be settled as per the specified due date. Delays beyond the due date may result in discontinuation of services.

  • Refunds for pre-paid treatments are subject to management approval and may incur cancellation fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments without notice may be charged fully.

  • For residential/in-patient bookings, cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may result in partial refund deductions.

6. Medical Responsibility

  • Sarvamangal Arogyadham’s treatments are based on Ayurvedic diagnosis and not a substitute for emergency or allopathic care.

  • Recipients must disclose all existing medical conditions, ongoing medications, and past medical history before starting any treatment.

  • The Provider will not be responsible for any health complications arising from nondisclosure or deviation from prescribed therapy.

7. Consent and Acknowledgment

By accepting the treatment, the Recipient acknowledges:

  • They have understood the nature of the Ayurvedic therapy prescribed.

  • Results may vary from person to person.

  • There is no guaranteed cure, and treatment duration may extend depending on the body’s response.

8. Confidentiality

All personal and medical information shared with Sarvamangal Arogyadham will be treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

9. Accommodation and Dietary Guidelines

For residential treatments:

  • Standard lodging and dietary provisions are included in the package (if applicable).

  • Recipients are expected to adhere to prescribed diets and activity routines during their stay.

  • Guests are not allowed unless prior permission is granted.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Sarvamangal Arogyadham is not liable for:

  • Any adverse reactions due to non-compliance with treatment advice.

  • Delays in expected improvement.

  • External factors affecting health not disclosed by the Recipient. Total liability (if any) shall be limited to the amount paid by the Recipient for the specific service in question.

11. Termination of Services

Sarvamangal Arogyadham reserves the right to discontinue treatment:

  • In case of non-cooperation, misconduct, or disrespect towards staff.

  • If a Recipient’s health condition is found unsuitable for Ayurvedic therapy.

  • In case of non-payment or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhuj, Gujarat, India.

13. Force Majeure

The Provider is not responsible for any delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, lockdowns, or governmental restrictions.

14. Amendments

Sarvamangal Arogyadham reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be made available at the clinic or on the official communication channels.

All communications should be directed to the clinic’s front desk or via the official contact details provided on the clinic’s letterhead or website.
